The TreeNewal team continues to closely monitor the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on North Texas.

We are a values-based company, and one of our core values is Safety. Our commitment to safety drives our every decision, not only in times like these but in all that we do.

As part of our standard operating procedures, we always take the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

To stay safe and continue to serve the community, we are taking every precaution while continuing to run normal operations. When it comes to client visits, we are adhering to social distancing, best practices according to the local health officials, and also respecting the individual communication wishes of our customers.

In many cases, we are able to serve customers from a distance, including all job scheduling, tree trimming, nutrition, maintenance, and account needs that arise. For customers that have urgent on-site needs, notably tree safety and preventative trimming, we are here for you. Also, springtime presents a great deal of opportunity for insects and fungi to harm your trees. In respect of any tree insects or disease concerns, we’ve got your back!

From an administrative level, we have been in communication with our ISA Certified Arborists and support staff, and we have established safety protocol as it relates to disease control and prevention guidelines.

We will continue to evaluate the evolving circumstances and public health recommendations to make adjustments as needed. Should you have concerns, we’re here to support you and offer flexibility around currently scheduled appointments.

Things change fast and we are monitoring the daily changes around Coronavirus and will provide updates here as circumstances evolve.
