RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow your territory up to 1.3M+ in sales.

• Daily in-person appointments with customers.
• Assess the condition of trees and plants, diagnose, provide recommendations and solutions for a treatment, pruning, or removal plan.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Prepare and provide estimates to customers, review the scope of work on-site with the customers, and ask when the customer would like to start the project.
• Uphold and maintain the utmost level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Canvassing and cold calls.
• Timely communication with customers to include, but not limited to, answering questions, providing lead time, and revising estimates as needed.
• Follow up with customers on open estimates to gain approval of work, address questions and concerns.
• Achieve budgeted sales goals.
• Timely responsive communication and follow through with the internal team.
• Utilize industry-specific software for estimates, updating estimate status, and documenting customer notes.
• Kick-off crew members on special case projects.
• Attend trade shows, associations, and other events representing TreeNewal.
• Maintain ISA Arborist certification through continuing education credits.

REQUIREMENTS

• ISA Certified Arborist ® Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of North Texas region plant and horticulture.
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry-approved tree care practices.
